“I have used the 500g Heavy-Duty Round Lined Banneton several times since purchase and each time it has not failed me in that the release of the dough is just so quick and easy. Dusted with rice flour, the dough does not stick to the linen at all. The whole basket can also be washed by gentle scrubbing with a brush. The basket can actually accomodate dough size up to 1 kg. Though I had also bought a similar 1 kg banneton, I do not use it as I find that it is too large for the stated dough size. The 500g banneton is my favourite size.”
