“The roasted barley malt is supper. It gave a very rich colour and good taste but I had to reduce the quantity added to the wholemeal flour”

“I still haven't beaked with the malt floors I bought from you, but just the fact that you have them is already enough for a more than positive review. I would have liked to try your cracked rye as well unfortunately you were out of it and I only wad going to be in London for the long weekend (I live in Switzerland). Thanks again did the lovely products.”
