It's always the simplest of designs that seem to work best. Something so obvious when you see it work, yet so effective, works brilliantly if you tend to be a bit generous with your pizza toppings

Brilliant idea that once you can understand the instructions works very well. Cannot wait to try it on a lattice top! However do study the videos on you tube first.

My wife is Italian and likes to make Italian style pizzas with a very thin crust. These are pretty much impossible to pickup from the kitchen worktop so we normally resort to putting the pizza onto a sheet of tinfoil which can be transferred onto a baking stone. I was doubtful but the "super peel" managed to slide right under the uncooked pizza with all its toppings and deposit it onto the baking stone. You would never be able to do this with a "normal" peel. It worked perfectly for the first couple of pizzas then started to stick a bit, the pizza ripped and left tomato sauce on the cloth which just made it more sticky. Next time I will dust it with more flour between pizzas which should fix the problem.

My partner bought this for me a year or so ago, and it is one of the best presents ever she has given me. Brilliant piece of kit. Pizzas, bread whatever; it lifts them all. I even did the wet piece of kitchen paper trick at a dinner party we held.£35 was bet against me lifting it with the Super Peel. Bought some steaks with the winnings... :)
