“This gadget works very well, I thought it was quite expensive when I ordered it but IMHO worth it as I've ruined a lot of pizzas transferring them onto the stone in the oven. Once cooked it is easy to transfer them out just with the wooden part - thus avoiding getting the cloth conveyor belt stained with tomato.
It is very well made - a lovely piece of hardwood with a nice finish. Having seen it and used it I don't think it is expensive any more, you get what you pay for after all.”
