I've only used this a few times so far, but it's made a huge improvement to the lift and over spring of my loaves. I'll be ordering this again.

I have not used the flour yet but am realy pleased to have it in the cupboard for my next baking session. I only keep a few basic ingredients from which I make a variaty of loaves, rather than keeping several ready mixed packets but it was difficult to find pure malted flour in a sensable quantity for only two people.

Have now used this in several bakes. I find it improves both texture and crust. Because so little is used for each bake, I have divided the remainder of the 500g pack into small amounts and put it in the freezer.

I was expecting some dramatic results but there was very little difference for me. Maybe it's my oven but I use a bread stone and high temps to start with.
