“When the landaise arrived the first thing I noticed was what looked like rust on both sides of the blade. I contacted the support dept. With a description and a photo of the landaise. After a week I re-sent the email and photo as I had no reply except an auto-generated receipt of the email. This time I had a reply thanking me for the photo and asking what to do with it! I emailed back saying there was an email describing the problem with the photo. No reply yet.”
