“I have not had he great experience the rest of your reviewers have had. When I placed the order I could not do so without being forced to add the replacement blades as well. When I received it the blade was discoloured and looked used. When I attempted to use it the blade dragged the dough rather than cutting through as all the other reviews suggest. I tried a number of times, always with the same result and when I finally decided to change the blade I found the replacements that I was forced into buying did not even fit the holder. Very disappointed!”

“When the landaise arrived the first thing I noticed was what looked like rust on both sides of the blade. I contacted the support dept. With a description and a photo of the landaise. After a week I re-sent the email and photo as I had no reply except an auto-generated receipt of the email. This time I had a reply thanking me for the photo and asking what to do with it! I emailed back saying there was an email describing the problem with the photo. No reply yet.”
