“I like the idea of this grignette, but as I constantly swap between using a curved blade and a straight one I have managed to snap the metal spine of the blade-holder after about 12 weeks use.
I'm sure it should last longer than that...and it is specifically sold as being flexible and able to be bent into a curve for baguettes etc. Not best pleased with this.”
