Epecially about the grignette, it was a great help to have the use explained and learn from the comparison of different grignettes/lames. Great Service. Although I find the postage a Little bit too expensice.”
“Item arrived promptly and have only used this twice, but it doesn't cut, just drags the dough surface. Maybe I have a dud one, but the blade simply isn't sharp enough. Will go back to using a kitchen knife used only for scoring dough which I sharpen every three or four loaves.”
