“Good service. Extra charge for Terminal 4 seems wrong and came as a surprise. MBW shouldn't charge this, or be aware that Terminal 4 has this extra charge.”
“MBW have always been very good for us over the years, but this time we felt a little let down on get the car returned after a long trip home at T3 it took well over an hour after giving plenty of notice. Their excuse was delay on motorway, when we could see there were no hold ups.”
“I received excellent service from MBW. I was unaware of the cause of traffic buildup, on my way to Heathrow. I received a call from the them, informing me of a collision on the tunnel leading to T2. They advised that I should drop my vehicle off at T5 and to take the train, which saved me from missing my flight. Pick-up was at T2 without any glitches. Excellent service!”

There was trouble in the airport tunnel, we had a call in the morning informing us and to take the car to terminal 5 and take the train to our terminal. Very quick sorting everything out. On our return, we had a few delays, again, they connected us and stayed in touch.

“Faultless, hassle free service! drop the car off at terminal 2 short stay car park right next to the elevator to take you directly into departures, courteous staff, car was waiting for us after a long haul flight straight up to level 4 of the car park to be greeted with the car keys in the car within minutes no standing waiting for a bus to take you to a freezing car park would never use any other service than "meet and greet" done it in November, December, March, and April in 2022 and it couldn't have gone any smoother! Well done to all staff concerned.”
