“I used MBW Meet and Greet service at Heathrow for our Dec holidays. I was a bit worried due to negative reviews on other sites but took a risk and booked them as they were cheaper than any other provider. The experience has been excellent. Booking was done APH which was a breeze. On the day, MBW captain called me in advance to check when I will be arriving and guided me on where to drop off the vehicle. On dropping the vehicle, I took pictures if the car just to sure and I was informed there would 16 miles added to the odometer as it is off airport parking.
Few days before my return, I was contacted on whatsapp to confirm my return plan and asked if I would like any extra services like wash, vac etc. on the day of return, called them after baggage collection and was told the vehicle will be ready in 20 mins from the short stay. Checked the vehicle and it was in the same condition as I left it (apart from some mud/ soil here and there).
Overall, I had a great experience with them and would highly recommend them.”
