“Great friendly service, no problem with collecting car despite a three hour delay on the flight and an hour and half collecting our bags meaning we didn’t get to our car till 11.45pm on a very cold and frosty night.
Will definitely use again in May for our next trip.”
“Easy drop off; collection after an international journey (with two young children) took about three times as long as we were told on the phone, but car eventually arrived and was in top condition. Staff on site were apologetic for the delay and very polite.”
“The service was quick and the staff polite. The car was ready for us to collect and there was no queue. The directions in the email were easy to follow. My only complaint was we had to pay to get out of the airport parking when I thought that had been part of the package so I was very disappointed at this point.”
