“As always an excellent service - even though I went through the wrong entrance on arrival ! Pick up took 10 mins but understandable as traffic congestion on M25 was very bad - something I can vouch for when driving home!”
“Great service, someone was waiting when we arrived, had to wait on return for 30 mins but that was prib due to terminal 4 Heathrow being out of the way, was a little disappointed I had to pay extra £30 as terminal was changed from 2 to 4 and that's my only complaint.”
