“Would definately recommend this company. Straightforward to drop off car once we went into the correct car park. (dont make mistake we did, entered the wrong car park, in and out in less than a minute and paid £8 for the privilege!.. you need to stay in left lane)
Telephoned once we had our baggage, we went upto the collection area (same as drop off) and waited no more than 15 mins for car to be delivered.
Was reasonably priced and would definately use again. Thanks”
“All very smooth and efficient - both at drop-off and at pick-up.
At drop-off I was able to just arrive and leave the keys with the member of staff there.
At pick-up, the car was already ready and waiting when I called from the baggage belt. I was welcomed back by Phil who was very helpful.
Would happily use again.”
“Excellent service. Easy check in at T5 Heathrow in the short stay car park, in the dry and just a few yards to departures. Very friendly greeting from Phil and he was there again when we returned a week later. As instructed, we rang to confirm we had collected our luggage and within minutes the car was ready for the drive home. Highly recommend.”
“Absoultey dreadful service. The drivers drive the cars so erractically around the airport, my car was damaged whilst in MBW's care and they are refusing to acknowledge this. Would not recomend”
