“Rang as requested. Was told car would be there in 15-20 mins. Waited in car park and it was 25 mins after the call before the car even left the storage yard to be delivered (I have a tracking app on my car so can see where it is). By the time the car was delivered it was 40 mins after the call. Not good enough for a meet and greet service.”

“Pleasantly surprised after seeing mixed reviews. Drop off and pick up was easy and we chose to take them up on one of their car cleaning services and the car was in great condition when we picked it up. Would be happy to use them again. Definitely made life easier when travelling with kids.”
“Drop off was very simple. Called from baggage claim as requested to collect the car. Arrived about 18 mins after the call - they say it takes 20 mins for your car to arrive. Car wasn’t there yet which was fine, so we were asked to wait outside and told the car would be about 10 more mins. After 15 minutes I went inside to query where the car was, and the key was just sitting there. The worker told me I should have been inside - I was told to wait outside, had I not queried it we’d just have been stood out there waiting.”
