“Nothing wrong with the service we received from Meet and Greet.
Courteous, efficient and prompt.
BUT we found the signage and instructions to get there were not very clear and as we had not used the service before we got into the wrong lane in a Drop Off Zone and were awarded a £40 fine!”

“You read of problems with meet & greet operators so, as an occasional user elsewhere, I didn't know what to expect but trust APH and I was very pleasantly surprised. Only problem was not understanding the arrival process and got caught up in the drop off zone but managed to get the fee refunded”
