The APH booking app is clunky. Found it really difficult to change the booking following a BA switch of terminals. Needs updating.”
“The booking and arrangements for the outward journey went well. The return pickup was a disappointment. There was no reply to the phone calls after baggage collection. The gentleman manning the desk had no luck either. There had been a 'big meeting' and no one was around to answer the phone apparently. When he did finally speak to a colleague, we were told it was a 20min. wait before the car would be delivered. Meetings tend to be prearranged, and phone lines manned. Nothing to consider unusual under T&Cs. Customer service was not maintained. Efficency, convenience and speed being the point of Meet & Greet.”
