“Never had a problem with them and used them a few times. Go as far as to say they are very professional. BUT … please be aware that at drop off it is YOUR RESPONSIBILITY to take detailed photos/videos including close ups of every part of your car. Likewise on pick up before you leave. If there is any damage you need detailed similar photos of the before and after. I have a cracked windscreen on pick up and can’t provide the before photo … my fault for not reading the T&Cs … I assumed that they took their own photos at pick up having seen other companies doing so. Will possibly be using another company now or the official Heathrow service. Disappointed.”
