Absolutely fuming is an understatement, I only checked the wheels in the morning as collected the car at 1130 pm and was called and rushed to get the car back after 1 day in Turkey for a bank appointment and was tired.
Fuming with myself but devastated that the wheels are marked.”

When I dropped the car off at Level 4, they had reserved a space for me to park near the desk which was really helpful, particularly on a very busy floor.
The service was very attentive and they wanted me to check my car and photo it before handing in the keys.
