“The service is efficient and fast. Car was returned in the same condition as I left it. However, the instructions said to go to level 3 of teh car park and in actual fact you need to go to level 4. I was apparantly told this when I called to inform the team I was 30 mins away as per instructions, but the man I spoke to have a very strong accent and spoke fast so I just didn't hear him say it. Amending the printed instructions is needed, for this I've taken off a star but overall I would use teh service again and recommend, it was very convenient.”
“Great service from AHP, car ready before we cleared customs. We had a phone call of them stating we had rung them must have been a mix up as we had not rung them but all was smooth and car collected as soon as we transited out of customs to car park.”
