“At drop-off, the guy at the counter was rude and charged me £7.50 because I didn't call ahead, which apparently is in the Ts&Cs. I have used this service about 10-15 times per year and never had to pay because I didn't call ahead, so clearly, you don't know your customers. Gladly, there are other providers available that I will use going forward.”
