“Drop off was very simple. Called from baggage claim as requested to collect the car. Arrived about 18 mins after the call - they say it takes 20 mins for your car to arrive. Car wasn’t there yet which was fine, so we were asked to wait outside and told the car would be about 10 more mins. After 15 minutes I went inside to query where the car was, and the key was just sitting there. The worker told me I should have been inside - I was told to wait outside, had I not queried it we’d just have been stood out there waiting.”
“Excellent service. I had to change my return flight on the day of travel to an earlier flight. I called MBW in the morning for a 7.30pm arrival and they changed it without issue.”

Easy to locate (at Heathrow T2) and very simple to drop off key and walk straight to the terminal. I also booked an inside and out clean which was great. The car was waiting for me when we landed as the flight was delayed. Will definitely use again.”
“Usually nothing to complain about with MBW. This time everything went smoothly as usual, except for the fact that we had to pay an excess of £7 on leaving the car park for the first time. This despite following the requested procedure exactly and collecting the car at the time I had given. There was quite a queue on exit so I assume that tipped the balance. So disappointing this time.”
