“Very tatty and tired not at all what was expected. Small double bed old and uncomfortable. Looked lovely when we walked in, went up the stairs past the first floor and knew this wasn’t going to be good.”
“Lift stopped working , first room , electrics cut out, second room door didn’t work 3x repeated trips to reception , second room door key stopped working , emailed the supervisor at reception to complain and ask for a refund , no reply , carrying 4x cases up stairs not good being told, maintenance man is 1 hour is not acceptable”
“Comfy beds. Phone system down needed to text reception and they didn't respond. Wifi useless. Place in need of a serious renovation. Sorry will not stop again.”
