“Good Value ..Stayed night before morning flight...Had a runway view..which our Son loved..No noise if windows closed. Had a upgrade as 1st room TV would not work x

“The worst airport hotel I have ever stayed in. It was noisy, you can hear the conversations in the next room, the bed was small and lumpy. The gap under the door ensured you heard every one walk up and down the corridor, the cleaners talking in the morning, and doors of other rooms constantly slamming. I booked this hotel prior to a 17 hour direct flight to Perth Western Australia and wanted some sleep. I honestly got more the plane.
I would recommend everyone spend the extra few pounds to get a better hotel and some rest.

“Check in / out a parking was quick and easy. Room - sheets were clean rest of room stank and carpet was tacky. Most of bathroom was clean. Good location but you need to clean your rooms properly including the carpets and whatever else make the room smell horrid.”
“Great location, though the hotel is a little tired. Staff really helpful. We were frying from terminal 5 & please note the shuttle bus that you can use can take up to 45 mins to get to T5 due to stopping at all the hotels. Easier quicker & cheaper to get bus from across the road.”
