“We were disappointed as not up to the usual standard. We chose BW especially as good experiences elsewhere. Diuble bed was extremely small, no space for cases or clothes. Shower very ineffective and small. Positives were basically clean, staff polite (but it seemed as though they'd never seen an APH booking before). Wish we'd gone elsewhere.”
