Good location to airport and car parks but you cant escape the noise of planes taking off but it is quieter between 12 and 6am..food in hotel bar very good and reasonably priced...room a bit dated but functional...very good for a stop over.

Long wait to check in. Told had to pay for parking, despite written evidence was included. Tiny room, threadbare dirty carpet. Would not use again

On our initial email it said car parking was free, but when we got there they tried to make us pay. We booked a double room and were put in a twin. The room was incredibly dated and shabby with marks all over the bath and tiles. The room smelt damp and musty and was full of moths! Luckily we only had an 8 hour stay due to an early flight. Next time I book a night at Heathrow before a flight, I will stay somewhere else.

Hotel is tired and could do with a refurb but for a one night stay before a flight it's OK .

It was very noisy so I got hardly any sleep. Food not memorable. Room adequate.

Nice stay for a night. Super close to the airport for early morning flights. Food was good. Good package with a stay and car park.

The outside looks in need of TLC but inside it is clean and tidy. We had an executive room overlooking the runway - a bit noisy but interesting watching planes landing in quick succession. Menu is not very extensive but food is served hot! Staff are very friendly and polite.

The room and bathroom were spacious and clean. The bathroom was a bit shabby and needed updating. The view was great of one of the runways.
