“Excellent location for the airport with a quick and easy shuttle bus running regularly. Super friendly and helpful staff and a very nice room with a good shower.”
“The hotel is convenient to the airport, is price comparable to other Heathrow hotels, but is old and looks tired. However, the rooms were clean and functional, albeit small. The staff were welcoming and helpful and the bar/restaurant’s fare was good. The car park, however, is small and we had to park on a grass verge for our overnight stop.”
“It does what it says on the tin. It’s an airport hotel at Heathrow. Possibly one of the smallest bedrooms I have ever slept in. Not enough room for two people and bags. Hotel reception is clean and tidy but the hotel is crying out for an update and to be dragged into 2022. It’s not a patch on the other hotels I have stayed in at Heathrow and I probably won’t stay here again.”
“The room was very dated with a musty smell. The bathroom was also dated and we were glad we didn't require a shower. The toilet or bath was leaking as the floor grout was continuously wet. We would never stay there again and wouldn't recommend to family and friends as a place to stay.”
“The hotel is OK, but on your website you listed it as Holiday Inn Ariel, and consequently I wasted an hour driving up and down trying to find it. I am not pleased.”
“For an overnight stay prior to a flight the hotel was adequate, nothing too spectacular but considered as an acceptable budget class hotel. Location could be better detailed as sited immediately after a traffic light, and if missed a bit of a drag to turn around as U Turns on road not permitted.”
