“The service itself from Park Giant was good however the dropping off of our car was very chaotic and stressful. There were no spaces available to leave our car, and we were driving around for at least 20 minutes trying to find a space. This then meant we had to pay for our own parking ticket.”
“Initially, on the way to the airport I had trouble getting through to APH as per the instructions. I must have called 15 times before my call was answered.
When I got to the airport the instructions were clear. The member of staff responsible for taking keys seemed under pressure and stressed, as if they were short staffed.
My car then remained in the airport for two days before being relocated, however when I queried this with APH, they responded quickly and with a satisfactory answer.
The collection of my car was much less stressful, phone calls answered immediately and the car was there within 5 minutes of getting to the car park.”
“Drop off was easy, directions given were great! Unfortunately pick up took far too long. Other providers in the same area had their cars ready for collection a lot sooner. “Traffic” was the reason given, but surely the other providers are in the same traffic?! Driver was apologetic, but after a long flight, you don’t want to be waiting excessively for your car and watch multiple other people leave before you.
The lifts smelt horrendous in that area too. Pick up area far too crowded, gave the idea of chaos rather than being under control.”
