“Rang them on route giving 30 min notice as required so they could be there when we arrived, still had to wait additional 20-30 mins before they got there. Then they had return collection date down wrong, they updated when showed paperwork. Upon arriving back in UK rang to say back and collecting luggage, they advised needed to pay for an additional day, again they hadn’t updated their records.”
