“We changed the pick up/drop-off car collection point at the last minute from the hotel we stayed in for the previous night, no problem for them good treatment, and the collection from terminal two shortstay car park on our return was smooth”

I gave my car in a clean condition and was not expecting a dirty external body and muddy wheel arch’s on my return.
I have to now spend some extra money at car wash and get this mud cleaned. Very bad service. Not happy at all.”
