“The drop off arrangements are chaotic, this is not a true meet and greet service as you have to battle through a car park, have to find a space and queue for ages to get through a multi-story car park. It’s not the smooth, slick drop off service expected of a meet and greet. Leave more time than expected just to park your car.
The car smelt of smoke on arrival back so less than ideal. Collection was smoother than drop off thankfully.”
“The service itself from Park Giant was good however the dropping off of our car was very chaotic and stressful. There were no spaces available to leave our car, and we were driving around for at least 20 minutes trying to find a space. This then meant we had to pay for our own parking ticket.”
