“Drop off was seamless but on return it took ages for our car to arrive (apparently due to traffic but our friend's car was dropped off very quickly) and the car was also muddy as if it had been driven across a field.”
“Park Giant Heathrow offered a smooth and efficient service overall. Staff were helpful, the process was quick, and the parking felt secure and well‑organised. The only issue was that the entrance instructions were a little confusing, which made arrival more stressful than it needed to be. Once inside, everything was excellent — just clearer directions would make the experience perfect.”
“Really efficient, we didn't have to wait. And great that the ticket price for the car park is included in the price, so we didn't have to faff around with that. Only slight issue was the instructions for going to T5 at heathrow (although detailed) didn't make clear which lane we had to go in to get to level 4, so we ended up on a different level - should have said go straight ahead where there is the signs for airport meet and greet. But they came down to the level we were on to collect the car anyway, which was nice of them (they're obviously used to people getting it wrong!). Would use again.”
