“Bad experience, tried to amend the return date via the app, as it stated amend if required. Paid £150 with a voucher of £180. So didn’t think it would be a problem. Was told I would need to pay an unknown excess charge when I return direct to park giant. I asked about the £30 remaining and was told “ you can’t use that” cash only. So, I would recommend but, don’t say you can use the app to amend when you can’t. Also get a mobile that works, the comms out and back were hindered by signal or something else. He couldn’t hear me and I couldn’t hear him. I ended up paying £20 cash for the additional day direct to the driver.”
“I used Park Giant because I could pay with my spare Tesco points. I should have read the instructions properly, then I'd have realised I was supposed to call before arriving at the airport to avoid waiting. The problem is I've used other meet & greet companies who don't need me to call in advance and monitor flights so the car is waiting when I get back - again without the need for (two) phone calls. So although PG did nothing wrong, other companies are just that bit better.”
