“The Meet and Greet service was very good but the directions to the car park were absolutely awful. We left the motorway at the stated junction but soon realised that the directions were completely wrong. Having turned around and left at the correct junction, the next set of directions were again misleading to say the least.”
“The directions and communication was good, but when we got to the parking building there was no desk, and we had to approach what appeared to be random men walking amongst the cars. The only identification was APH paperwork they were carrying, and that they were expecting our car.
On return from holiday, we did as requested and called as soon as we landed, and again once we'd collected our bags. When we arrived to allocated area, our car was nowhere to be found. They brought the wrong car! The key reason for booking this service was after a 40+ hour jouney with an infant was to make a quick get-away and home as fast as possible...
That said the car was in one piece and didn't have any unnecessary miles on the clock, so storage and communication was let down by administration error (reading the wrong plate, and model of the car to be returned).”
