“Hours before setting off for Heathrow. Meet and greet, I checked every TYRE pressure, with my clock face air pressure meter.
When I picked my car up and joined the M25, 7 days later, the suspension seemed hard and steering not as normal. Next day I checked the tyre pressures again, only to find the nearside tyres were inflated higher than previously and of side were less. I reset the tyres back to what they should be and the car is functioning properly again. Not happy, though, and I will never use APH again!”

When I tried to leave a voicemail message because they were busy their mailbox was full.
It’s only a small thing but could be an issue with numerous people trying to contact you.”
“Worse meet and greet ever: 30 minutes before arrival I rang the company. People who couldn't speak/understand English picked up the phone and rudely disconnected me several times.
The instructions to terminal 5 meet and greet were not good and it took me 15 minutes to find the place.
No one waited for me and I had to ring few more times. Very stressful before a flight.”
