“Excellent service! Member of staff was waiting when we arrived at the airport, and our car was waiting for us when we arrived back at the car park.
Staff were very professional and friendly and took a video of our car before departing (we did the same!) in case of any issues on return. Car was returned in perfect condition and with only 6 extra miles on the clock.
Instructions from APH did not say to phone when we were about 30 minutes away, but I did as I had seen this on other reviews, and the staff member confirmed they did want this call.
Getting to the right place in the car park is a bit tricky, but follow the instructions carefully and you will get there fine.

“There was NO indication on the paperwork that I needed to call before arriving at Terminal 5, as is usual. Travelling alone, and calling at a certain time before arrival is particularly difficult when travelling alone, so I was pleased as I knew there was an agreed time I would be there. There was confusion on arrival - no one to greet me and a complete mix-up. They had to ask someone else to help, and I paid the parking ticket.
When I rang having collected my case on return, the person did not seem to be ready for the call despite the timings being as had previously been indicated. The wait was long before the car arrived and I was then asked for the paperwork which I did not have. It had been put in the car for the driver to see when returning the car to me!”
