“I was very hesitant to make this booking as I've always parked at an APH site but these were brilliant from dropping the car off and collecting the car, on my return. Fantastic service and will definitely be using it again”
“have no problem with drop off service. Return was slightly different as we waited nearly 25mins for car to arrive. Understand that there was a traffic problem which delayed the return but it would have been nice if the rep at the airport had told us about it.”
“When I arrived at the car park there was no one there to meet me even though i phoned ahead as instructed. I had to phone again and wait.
On return I phoned when I landed and after picking up my baggage. And yet I still had to wait 20 minutes at the car park for my car to be delivered. It would have been just as fast to use the long stay car parks.”
“Good service but no info in the confirmation instructions you need to call 30mins before you arrive so we had to wait a bit for the car to be collected.”
“Instructions for arrival not explicit therefore handover of car late. On return, instructions very clear ie phone on landing and again when luggage retrieved. Car returned late though.”
