On collection of the car the communication as to where my car was was poor. They told me the car was row F and that’s where I was but my car was not there. After phoning several times and being told they’d call me back they didn’t. They were in row F but at the other end which was not communicated. Was very frustrating

Everything worked as instructed. It seems complicated in advance but if you take it step by step, and have someone reading the instructions as you arrive (having phoned earlier) it is quite easy. From the return flight car turned after 20 minutes after the second phone call.

At first, I was a bit sceptic, given they were one of the cheapest coupled with a few bad reviews. But decided to take a chance, and glad that I did. Our Drop-off was at LHR Terminal 4 and the pickup was at LHR Terminal 2. Drop-off was fairly quick, we called the given number when we were 30 min away from the Airport, and the guy said there would be someone to collect the car and take the key. We had to wait max 5 min after we arrived, the guy was friendly he took the photos and inspected the car completed the paperwork and that was that. When we returned as instructed we called them as soon as we landed, they told us to call again once we collected the bags which we did and were told that the car would be there in 15 min, we got a call in 15 min from the Driver but unfortunately, he was waiting for us on Terminal 4 rather than terminal 2, he apologised for it and told he will be in terminal 2 in 10 min, and after 15 min we had our car. The condition of the car was as we left it had an additional 14 miles on it. Overall had a good experience

It was an Ok service with polite staff, but not as good as other meet and greet services I’ve used at Heathrow and Gatwick. Drop off was easy enough, but pick up involved a call after landing and then again after picking up luggage, which is fine except then we had to wait 30 mins for the car to be driven to us which isn’t exactly ‘meet and greet’, more phone and wait. Having had an hour’s notice of our arrival I would have thought our car could be waiting for us, not for the driver to leave only after we had collected our luggage - the walk from luggage collection to pick up point is only 5 mins so there was always going to be a wait. Fine if that’s what you’re expecting but after a very long flight, it being late evening and with a tired 4 year old we thought we had paid for the ‘meet and greet’ with the car waiting for us on arrival. Also the car was quite muddy and the drivers footwell very muddy, which is annoying as had had the car cleaned before we went away. All in all, not a ‘bad’ service, but I wouldn’t use them again, I’ll use one of the other providers who have your car waiting for you when you arrive, the price difference is only a few £

First time I have used a meet and greet, I was very impressed with the service and organisation. It was quick and friendly service, the drop off was as quick as you require ie get cases out of the car etcetera. Pick up, phoned as requested and 20 minutes later car arrived. I would use again.
