“Park Giant ask you to give plenty of notice before the meet and we followed the instructions, as asked. On departure, we still had a 15min wait for a driver to arrive to collect the car and on arrival we had a 25min wait for our car to be returned. This defeats the object of meet and greet, as it would have been the same amount of time as a park and ride. Other companies had people waiting or a desk at the bay ready to collect the car instantly.
The car was returned in the same condition, so they are a trustworthy company. I would recommend if you do not mind the wait.”
“Some confusion over who to hand the keys to on arrival at Heathrow. Asked one man who said it wasn’t him, 15 mins later and it turned out it was. We had a bottle of juice missing from the car when it was returned to us. The car was waiting for us on our return and we were thankful to not have to wait for it. Would definitely use a similar service again but unlikely to be park giant.”
