“Great service, easy to find, easy to park and hand over the car, even though I was early due to little traffic. Picking up the car just as easy, was brought to me 2 minutes after getting to level 4 of the short stay car park at Heathrow terminal 3.”
“I booked my pick up time to 21.00 my flight arrived at 20.10 I phoned and told them I have arrived first call then when called twice again to tell I am in baggage area then they call me said ok I end up waiting till 22.15 to get my car after again call service was very bad”
“Unlike many other "off airport meet & greet" operators Patking Giant don't seem to have a check in point at T5 ? They seem to rely on you phoning them before your arrival to send a driver to collect your car. They said we should have phoned them to advise our ETA, but no such instruction was in the details they sent via APH, so we had to wait 15 mins for a driver to arrive to pick up the car,
Their return instructions (given on check in) were much clearer ...Asking us to phone on flight's arrival & again once we had collected our baggage, so collection was much better as car was ready & waiting by the time we reached T5 short stay car park.”
“Good way of driving to near Heathrow T3 which leaves a very short walk into the terminal. The only thing to be aware of is that they will call you during your drive to the airport to check your arrival time so that they schedule someone to meet you at the car park as they need to get your car out of the short stay within 15 minutes - otherwise you could incur additional charges. This was not mentioned in my friends booking paperwork and they could not contact him. He therefore had to wait for 20 mins in the car park for someone to collect the car and had to show all his paperwork to prove he had not been warned about the call and extra charges. Thankfully he was not forced to pay the extra charge but you don't need that stress when going on holiday !”
“All were good. As I am phoning you TWICE (while departing and on arrival) can you please try to reduce the WAITING Time. I waited approximately 15 minutes while departing and 22 minutes on arrival. Please take care of this.”
“Unlike the last time I did 'meet & greet' at Heathrow which was disastrous (with another outfit) this time it could not have been better. Park Giant were very responsive and my car was waiting on level 4 on our return. Clearly you get what you pay for with Park Giant/APH i e. excellent service”
