“apart from not realising that we had tp phone before getting to the car park to drop off the car, everything ran very smoothly and we were very happy with the service.”
“Despite calling as requested before we arrived at the airport - we had to wait 20 minutes for someone to arrive to pick up the car. On the return we experienced the same - we called twice exactly as requested, but we had to wait 25 minutes, hanging around in the car park waiting - which is painful after a long journey - you just want to start the journey home. The experience has put us off booking another meet and greet.”

“Drop off, no problem, change of terminal ( as flight changed) phoned number and amended.
However the pick up, phoned as requested( after picking bags up, was told car would be there 30 mins time.
Made our way to short stay level 4 row a/b.
After 30 mins phoned number again, same guy answered said I hadn’t phoned yet ( said he thought I was in security) when first phoned, which wasn’t the case. Said would be 15 mins, after 15 mins, not arrived, phoned again and he said just entered terminal building, with you in a minute.
Another 10 mins, not arrived, my wife phoned, said to her now stuck in traffic and hung up on her.
I phoned after another 10 mins, but arrived then.
So for the hassle of pick-up no I wouldn’t use them, all I want is to be told really what’s happening with car.”
