“The meet & greet system works but is somewhat complicated but for understandable reasons. The instructions for entering LHR T5's drop-off are broadly correct, but when arriving at the car park the signage is poor and it's very easy to enter the public car park and have to pay an extortionate fee for exiting straight away! At T5 keep to the left of the car park entry slip road all the way, don't go for any of the entry lanes on the right. This could be better explained in the instructions. Lastly, make sure you have the mobile you used to make the booking switched on so the driver meeting you at the drop off can contact you!”

“Good drop-off procedure but collection was poor. The driver parked in a hard-to-see corner of the car park (T2 level 4) and didn't come to the lift area where most meet-and-greet customers naturally assemble. He apparently tried to phone me but got the number wrong.”
“There is a lot of detailed information about where to park and directions. You have to ring before parking and collecting your car. There is a small time window so it’s a bit stressful. The guys were helpful though and the car was well cared for.”

Good directions and guidance, the phone was answered quickly when we called and in a friendly manner (top marks for an early-hours call!). The drivers met us spot on time when arriving and leaving and even offered to help unload and load our baggage.
