“my booking number GRG1W. this was the first and last experience! I found a dent and a scratch on my car after your services and I had to pay for a return ticket to leave the airport since it had not been paid for and your employee said that he had paid! I strongly do not recommend this company!”
“When I picked my car up 7/4/24 from the parking attendant he handed me my keys no paperwork and could not get away fast enough. When I checked my car it had been damaged on the front wheel arch. My car is only 2 weeks old. I telephoned the number and spoke to the driver who said that I had got to call the office in the Morning and gave me the number. I called twice and no answer. I called him again and he said that I have to speak to the office. He said that he would call them and get them to call me back. I have not had any further communication from them. I have emailed APH and have had no reply from them. I have used APH for 27 years. I am very disappointed that they have not repled but have sent me a review to fill. I now will be speaking legal advice and needless to say will not be using them again.”

“Very easy , but waited 20 mins after flight for them to arrive in the short stay car park after calling twice once at baggage reclaim. Was in the middle of the day. It would be nice to have car there waiting for us not the other way round.”
