“Fantastic service, met at airport on departure and hand over was easy. As we arrived at park on return, car turned up. Had to pay nothing to get out of carpark. First rate!”
“Excellent meet and greet. Easy to get to short stay, driver waiting for our arrival and on return just had to call to say we were through baggage and car arrived. Really good would definitely use again (used with Tesco clubcard vouchers)”
“On page 3 of paperwork in smallish print it says call 30 mins before arrival. If you don't and you are parked for more than 15 mins then you have to pay the car park fee to allow them to exit the car park. On collection the car is not there waiting for you. It's not brought to the car park until you call.....so 25 mins waiting time. This is not a proper meet and greet service.”
“We got back earlier than I had originally told parking giant. I rang, expecting to have to wait for my car but they were very accommodating and there was no issue getting my car back early. They were very professional when I dropped the car off and when I collected it. Would definately use again”
