“We have used this service 3 or 4 times now and the drop of has been easy each time. Collection has been stress free and on time once we have made the call upon landing.
My only gripe with the service is that the car is obviously parked somewhere where the ground can get muddy. This is noticeable upon collection where the last two times the drivers side mats have had large muddy footprints on them, which is disappointing as we keep the car quite clean at all times.
I have also noticed that some drivers adjust absolutely every setting on the seats, heating and radio stations for the short trip to the parking area. I get they need to adjust the seat for safety, but this seems beyond the necessary and doesn't make picking up the car a quick task when needing to put things back to the correct confirmation, and feels like the driver has been treating you car as they would their own.
Overall a great service and good pricing. Just a bit of consideration for the vehicle being someone else's would make this service 5 Stars”
“A relatively easy service, though we did have quite a wait c15mins for our car to be returned. Also it was not clear who I should leave the car with at drop off, I had to ask various other company reps till I found this one.”
