Called the number given to us three times (as and when we were instructed to)
No response so called the secondary number and spoke to someone at long last
Waited for over an hour till we got the car back
Informed them about the rogue number and they looked puzzled. It's your paperwork we followed so check the numbers are correct”
“Great service. We have not use Park Giant previously but can't fault the service and polite manner of the staff. They even paid the £4.50 car park charge when picking up and delivery car back to us. We have booked via APH previously but used other companies but had to pay this fee ourselves. Used Tesco club points to pay the entire charge for 7 days so will do it again as we travel from Heathrow frequently”

“Parking arrangement ws relatively easy and straight forward and collection of car on return from trip abroad was uneventful.
No damage of any kind to the car, however, the car was not as clean as when it was parked. I had just spent £25 cleaning the car a day before going to the airport for the flight out of Uk.
Now I know not to bother washing the car before handing it over for parking on my way out of the country.”
