“There were no issues with the drop-off process, as everything went pretty smoothly. However the pick-up process was a different matter. I rang as soon as we landed while taxiing to the stand at Terminal 3. When I rang again as soon as we picked up our bags, I was told that our car was already at Level 4 in T3 short stay. We made our way as quick as we could. When we arrived the car was indeed there and I was given the barrier ticket and keys. When I drove to the barrier (in a loing queue as it was between 5 and 5:30), I put in my ticket and it said that I had to pay £6.50. I assume this was because the 15 minute period post payment had expired because the car arrived so early. I had a queue of frustrated drivers behind me as I had to find my credit card and work out how to pay. In short, a very poor experience which means I shall avoid ParkGiant in future.”

“Quite Seemless. On arrival I hadnt called 30 Minutes for arriving, and therefore had to wait for someone to take car. I made sure once I collected my bags (returned to call the number, advised, and when I arrived, within 5 minutes, a friendly representative had brought my car to me on level 4 of the car park.
The car park is only a few miniutes walk from Departure/Atrrivals, and the price is very competitive. Happy car returned in the same state as when dropped off.”
“We have used many similar companies over the years of using Heathrow Airport. They all make great service claims but fall short on delivery when you've landed back in the UK.
Not these guys. We waited less than 5 mins for our car to appear and to start our journey home to Wales.
