“No one was there when we arrived - and the picture was even worse when we returned!
We called (as requested) when we landed, and again when we had retrieved our luggage and headed to the car park.....and called just to double check the row, as the car wasn't there - answer was "yes, car has been dispatched on it's way"
Quarter of an hour later we called - answer was "there was an accident next to the tunnel on the way into Heathrow - car will be 7 or 8 minutes" (I checked Google maps - there was no hold up)
Quarter of an hour later - a member of their staff called to find out where the car was - answer was (phone was on speaker) "we can't find the car - tell them that the car is in the car park"
At which point - I lost the plot - fair to say I was not polite but I do not like to be LIED TO!
I would not use this lot ever again!”
“Important to call the numbers on the vouchers - unlike other similar operators, there were no staff present at the airport... you need to call to ensure they meet you. Which they did.”
“Would have been 5 star if they hadn't sent the wrong car on our return (which delayed us by about 15 mins, so not a big issue). Apart from that, all good and would use again.”
