“Firstly, it was APH that gave very poor directions to both the hotel and the car parking with warnings of additional charges for getting anything wrong. Park Giant was helpful when we were directed to the wrong level. It was necessary to make two calls at specified intervals to ensure the representative was there. All of this added to the stress of navigating Heathrow for an early flight. Returning we waited almost 30 mins to get our car. We would prefer not to use Meet & Greet again.”
“Directions for terminal 3 could do with being reviewed as we landed up at terminal 2. Then you hit the chaos of finding a parking space before descending down to the terminal. On return this chaos has to be faced in reverse. Also pity about the muddy boots that the driver had used. While it all worked and worked pretty well not sure I would use this method of parking my car again because it was all rushed and chaotic.”
