“First contact at M3 Fleet Services 30 mins before arrival, call answered promptly. Met immediately on early arrival, operating in LHR T3 as Terminals Parking. Car driven a total of 16 miles to/from off-site parking. Both advisory calls on return answered promptly. Had to wait no more than 15 minutes after arriving at car park - passport control & baggage return had been very swift. Returned in good condition. Very happy with service, good value for nearly 4 weeks' parking.”
“The directions provided to Level 4 short stay at Heathrow Terminal 5 are wrong. Follow them and you end up on levels 1 to 3 only. You then have to exit and pay £7.50, drive back round (when we accidentally drove down a bus lane and incurred a £6 drop off charge!) and carefully follow the instructions again keeping right when going up the slope only to end up in the same place again and another £7.50 charge. The third time around we ignored the instructions and followed the sign for meet and greet (the instructions said NOT to do this) in the left lane up the slope. We finally made it to level 4. Talking to people it seemed everyone was making the same mistake. Apcoa are making a fortune out of this (they even double charged the £6 drop off fee) I will never go near a Heathrow car park again.
