“On arrival at T5 we called to advise and was told car would be returned in 20 mins, stay inside and driver will call 5 mins before he arrives. After 20 mins, no call so we went to pick up point. After further 10 mins we called and the man who answered stated they were busy so and curtly said 'I told you to wait inside' . when I pressed him as to what time the car would be returned to us he eventually said he was delivering someone else's car and it could be an hour. All we wanted was the truth! But this was not easily forthcoming. The car was eventually bought to us. First time we have used you but if your staff can't tell the truth then perhaps it will be the last.”
“I was a bit dubious about this company as another I have used was awful, BUT, I have to say I was very impressed. I would have no hesitation in recommending them. A driver was waiting for us when we arrived at Terminal 2, and on our return we waited for 10 minutes for the return of our vehicle. It was almost too straightforward!!”
“Collected my car at the start of our trip and all was well. When we returned I followed instructions and called when we landed and then once we had our bags, only to be told they were busy and would get the car to us. We sat there and eventually the car turned up 45 mins after my second call to them. Intensely frustrating with no real organisation.”
