“Everything went smoothly. I was contacted on my journey to the airport checking everything was going well. I was really early and was going to stop off to kill some time but they told me it was okay to go straight to the airport. They were waiting for me on arrival and took photos of the car. Handover was smooth. On my return I phoned on arrival and after I collected my baggage. My car arrived within 2 minutes of me getting to the meet point. Was my first time using this company and would definitely use them again.”
“I was a little hesitant after reading some negative comments on Trust Pilot, but overall the service was fine.
On the outbound journey I was a bit confused after being told not to drive into the car park when we got there. We were told to meet them at the drop off point instead. On the return leg we were initially told to meet them at the same drop off point, but this then changed to the main car park. Anyway, it all worked out fine. Staff were polite and had identifiable hi vis jackets on.”
