“Meet and greet but no one there to meet me, waited 10 to 15 minutes, came back and car was not ready was told it was because I had come back on the wrong day. I had booked an extra day by mistake but had confirmed my return flight when I dropped off the car. They then charged me an extra £30 to get my car as it was early. Stay away from these I have used meet and greet many times at Heathrow with no problems, this was the first time I have used Edward Lloyd and the last time.”
“This is the first time EVER (in around 15 years usage) that what we thought we had booked wasnot what we had booked. On every occasion previously the APH website qoted a price and that was the end of the transaction. However on this latest booking we were never told that we would now be resobnsible for the actual entry and exit fees upon entering Terminal 5 - £7,50 for dropping the car off and another £7.50 for collecting it, adding £15.00 to already paid cost of using APH (Edward Llloyd Meet & Greet). The first we knew of these additional costs was on the day of arrival to drop off the car. Bitterly disappointed does not cover the extra costs incurred; it was the underhanded manner that the change in policy and service cost were given to us. We had no option but to accept and pay the increased costs. We will noy be caught out like that again. We have used Edward Lloyd and possibly APH for the last time.”
“I have used MBW meet and greet who are about the same price. They have a counter at the car park making it quick and easy to identify who is the authorised representative whereas Edward Lloyd is staffed offsite. More importantly, MBW take care of the short stay car parking fees but to my surprise Edward Lloyd expected me to cover this cost totalling about £20 making them very expensive! Never using Edward Lloyd again.”
“I paid £7 for car park when I dropped my car at Heathrow T5. On return from my holiday, the driver decided to drop the car for me at arrival drop off instead of car park as indicated on their document, this cost me £10 including admin fee. I ended up paying more than planned in total due to hidden cost. Driver game me the car key and walked off without waiting for me to check the car. Will not use again.”
