“Absolutely appalling service and attitude. Advised I would be charged £30 for change of flights. Asked for an invoice but just given bank details. Then told I could pay cash and a receipt given. Upon landing at Heathrow and turning my phone on multiple calls from the driver wanting updates on progress through the apart, 6 calls in total. During one he told me that he needed £30 cash so asked him if he had a receipt. He replied, we don't give receipts, customers trust us. When we met the driver outside, he asked directly for the money and stated he would not give me the keys until I paid. Eventually I was sent an email which had the wrong dates and no description of what the £30 was for. The driver continued to be rude and said this is the proper with "you people" then said we have a tommy robinson here. At no point was i rude or aggressive but did continually request a receipt. Stay clear of this company and if APH recommend or advertise this companies details stay well clear.”
