“Before arrival we received a conspicuous text saying out MOT had expired, when we called we were advised someone could take the car for MOT for Gbp150, no names of garage or details of actual address just a bank account no, postcode and street. We we unaware our MOT had expired so helpful but if we had received a phone call and details but this seemed like a scam and very stressful the morning of a flight and we then had additional cost of leaving the car parked at the hotel as it also wouldn't have been insured”

“A really easy system of drop off, pick up was a little more stressful as it took 13 calls to reach them, fortunately we only waited 5 minutes before the car arrived. Minus that there was no issues”
“I would recommend as the service was efficient and the staff were friendly and helpful, it was lovely to have the car returned to you following holiday as you didn’t have to faff about. However my car came back absolutely filthy outside like it had been sat in a dust hole, the bonnet has a yellow dust of some description all over it, cobwebs all over the mirrors and boot. Which was annoying as now I have to spend time cleaning it. :(”
