Their communication was excellent during both my departure and arrival at the airports, and the vehicle handover and return processes were completed efficiently, each taking under ten minutes. I would highly recommend their services.
My only minor observation is that while I had the car professionally cleaned prior to handover, the bonnet did not appear to be in the same condition upon its return. While this is a minor point, I would have appreciated the vehicle being returned in the exact state it was provided.”
