“The instructions for where to go in Heathrow T5 were abysmal, with no correspondence to the road signs, nor signs inside the airport when I came back. I still don’t know how I could possibly get to the car park level 4 row S when getting to T5. The car was in fact picked up on level 5, which has no row signs, but the gentleman that took it did not tell me the correct level was the one below, but only to follow the instructions I was going to be given when calling on my arrival. So on my return, there was no level 4 on any lift inside the arrival terminal, so I selected level 3 which corresponded to the same level I had left the car at. Of course only once I called again to be told the car was already there but was nowhere to be seen, I was then told to go to L4, which I could only find on the lift on the outside of the building. Crazy!”
