“We were delighted with the Meet & Greet service this month at T5. They texted us a few hours before arrival to confirm what time we would be there and again about 30mins before the time and confirmed the driver would be waiting for us. Which he was, so it was a very quick and simple handover.
Same in return, good contact on landing and when I rang to confirm we had our luggage they said our car would be waiting - and it was.

“Everything was excellent, the only thing I would mention is that you have to pay £7 for entry to the carpark and £7 for exit after your holiday, I don't think this was mentioned so if your on a budget this would be good yo know, other than that excellent service.”
