“The meet and greet and return collection all worked well, but my car did well over 30 miles in between. It has a tracker and I could see it moved location 4 times between drop off and collection (1 week) with no change in my travel plans. I also noted a long period that it was left unlocked at one location. It might be suggested it was a secure location, but it doesn't fill me with confidence. Particularly when there are expensive charger cables within.
Was it used as a pool car? I think it would not be unreasonable to expect just an out and back and say 10 miles. Any explanation?”
“Service was ok but what I really did not like was the message I received after the booking was made saying that there was a £30 cash fee payable to the driver for service after midnight or in the early morning. There was no specific time that this related to in the message. I am also pretty sure that this was made clear at the time of booking.”
“Our car was returned safe and sound with no damage. Staff were polite and efficient over the telephone and in person. We would have liked the actual system to have worked more efficiently on our return - they were busy and we had to wait quite a while for our car. Meet and Greet service didn't quite co-ordinate with our arrival...”
“I don't normally write a review but they were terrible! At first everything was ok, the paperwork said terminal 2 but I needed terminal 3 but the man knew it was terminal 3 so all was good. The issue was on our return we arrived at terminal 3, level 4 row B as instructed and waited but our car was waiting at terminal 2! The man rang and asked where we were and he had gone to the wrong terminal. He came to terminal 3 waited at level 2 absolutely fine it was busy easier for all concerned to meet at a lower level but it would have been nice to have been spoken to in a kinder manner. He gave us the exit ticket which we asked specifically if it would work and were told yes. We left and it had not been paid for! We had to pay an additional £6 - Its the principal having to pay extra for bad service! They had all the information flight numbers etc. We confirmed the return flight number when we dropped the car off.”
