“Overall a good service.
Before I arrived at Heathrow, I got two phone calls within 5 minutes, both to ask me if I was on time and whether I’d like to come half an hour earlier. I agreed and was there spot on 2pm as arranged. But it was not clear from the booking site that you do not operate a desk at the meet+greet site. So I asked at the desks that are there and they said I needed to call you. It should be explained on the phone that you have to arrive and wait by your car for the staff member to find you. Travelling is stressful enough without worrying that your car parking arrangement has fallen through!”
“Totally unprofessional service. On both the part of Edward Lloyd and APH. I had to update new car and terminal details with APH. Details weren’t updated and had to make several phone calls the day prior to travelling. Edward Lloyd had a really unprofessional telephone manner and kept calling whilst travelling to Heathrow and on arrival they still had the wrong car details. No receipt given when handling over the keys.”
“Excellent. I had forgotten to ring ahead, but they rang me. Once on site they guided me to the drop off point, helped me to unload and took of my car. On my arrival back in the uk they again contacted me as I was approaching the baggage reclaim with directions. I followed them and within minutes was loaded and on my way. Brilliant service and I will use them again.”
