When I rang on arrival and explained I was at the Premier Inn, the staff member said they'd be with me in 10 mins to collect the car as it was just around the corner - saving me a drive in the dark after a long journey to the Short Stay Car Park. I was very grateful. On return, the staff member was at the Arrivals car park within minutes of my call, and handed over my car. Very pleased with the whole operation. Thank you!”
