“Was okay. Very convenient and took the stress out of parking. However being hounded while I was away as I put in the wrong flight number and where I was flying back from. Calling me constantly when we’d landed to find out where we were. I’d called them to tell them we’d landed as requested and then they said call when through security. Our plane couldn’t park so we were delayed a little bit however I thought that wouldn’t matter as I was going to cal them when we were through security like they’d asked. On the way through the airport, I was called no less than 5 times. As soon as we came out of the lift, to the correct level, my keys were handed to me and then ran away - yes he may have had another job, but seriously… it raised suspicions that something was wrong with the car, despite taking a video (albeit brief) on arrival and drop off. Luckily the mileage seemed legit and the car was free from any damage, but just being shoved the keys in my face, not telling me what I had to do, whether I had to pay for the ticket or not, and being told my car was parked in a blue badge holder space. We got some very funny looks from passers by. We could’ve taken that space away from someone who desperately needed it. Not the best experience. Thank god I didn’t pay full price, and used Tesco vouchers. Even so, disappointed I wasted them on this.”
