“The drop off and the collection were both very easy and the staff we met were very good.
The car was exactly how i had left it. Will use them again if the price is competitive.”
“When phoned to say what time I would arrive and that I was charging a EV was told we can do this. Car was at 80% and was returned at 80%. Charged £30 for nothing and money didn't go into a Edward Lloyd account had to go in a personal account which doesn't seem correct.”
“Rather than meet us at the short stay car-park as per our booking, they asked us to drop off and collect car at the Drop Off area, which meant we had to pay the £6 drop off charge twice.”
“They were the cheapest for a reason! No flexibility for my arrival and having to pay parking charges when dropping the car off and picking it up. I arrived slightly earlier than expected and the person on the phone was quite rude and said you’ve booked 6.30 there’s no flexibility in this. He then texted me in poor English saying there was someone there if I could arrive by 6, which I could and then texted saying no 6.30. Really poor. My return flight was cancelled and I was swapped to another flight, as per their instructions I had to let them know of the change or risk being charged. No one to answer the phone on weekends so I emailed them and got a response whilst I was driving home. I will not use this company again.”
