“Totally disgusted with this company, my car was dropped off an hour early on my arrival even though I let you know when I had collected my luggage therefore I had to pay £15.50 for the car park, I called and asked for an explanation I was told to pay the fee and send a copy of the charge and I would be reimbursed but my message was completely ignored when I send it through. My window was also left open .i booked 3 vehicles with you but mine was the only vehicle delivered back early! I will be leaving a review on Trustpilot”

With regard to the airport charges, please note that drop-off and exit charges are payable by the customer in line with Heathrow Airport’s standard procedures for Meet & Greet services. These charges are not included in the booking unless specifically stated at the time of purchase.
However, if you have been charged anything additional or believe there has been an error in relation to your booking or communication, please contact us at reviews@aph.com with your booking reference and a copy of any charges, and we will be happy to investigate this further for you.
We are also sorry to hear your comments regarding the condition in which your vehicle was returned, including the window being left open. This has been noted and will be passed to the service provider for review.

“Can’t fault the service, 5 stars. Booked through APH,l at a very reasonable price. Received an email with all the details needed and phone numbers to contact. Found them very responsive and easy to chat to, gave clear instructions so it was a seamless service. They even came back when I realised I’d left a bag in the car. On return they answered the phone immediately and arrived shortly after we got through security and baggage claim. Please be aware you have to pay a charge at Heathrow for drop off but this is the case for any car that enters the drop off zone. I would definitely recommend and will be using again.”
