“As we travel from 60 miles to Heathrow, the estimated arrival time is just that an estimate. When I phoned 30 mins before arrival, they said they had no one at the Car Park, and we would have to wait and pay the short term parking fee.
On return, I had to call them 9 times before they picked up. They then returned the car, but the operative had left the keys in the office. He had parked across two disabled bays in the Terminal 5 car park and turned off the engine. Without the key, we could not start the car, move it, or drive home after an 8 hour overnight flight. We therefore had to stand by the car for 45 minutes whilst he went and got the keys. I would not use them again, a shambles.”
“Had to wait 50 minutes for car to be returned and this was after 3 phone calls. Appreciate it was a busy day but will not be using again due to the time length of returning the car.”
“Really poor. Tried to charge me £30 because i flew home on an earlier flight as it wasn’t the flight I gave them. The had to wait over 45 mins for my car even though I told them in advance i had landed.”
“Drop off was very efficient. Pick up was unsatisfactory. As instructed I called on landing and again when baggage was collected and then was told it would be a further 20 mins. Once at the car park I was told my car was on its way, which was a lie as I could see from my vehicle’s app that it was still parked.”
