“A very disappointing experience. We were rung on our way to Heathrow and asked to meet the driver at the departure drop off point, rather than in the Short Stay Car Park. As there was a road closure with bad diversion signs, we ended up driving round several times before finding the drop off point. The driver was difficult to identify and was totally bemused as to why he had been told to move to the drop off point. There was nothing to confirm he was genuine. We then had to pay the drop off £6 charge. They told me they were trying to save me money, as the ar park cost £7.50. I have never previously paid for car parking with other Meet&Greet firms. On our return, we had to wait about 20 mins for our car to be brought to the car park. Other firms have returned our car in about 5 minutes and we were also asked to pay the £7.50 car park fee ourselves. I won't be using Edward Lloyd again.”
“Very helpful, made the drop off and collection very easy, even dropped off the car at hotel we were staying at, which I didn’t realise we could. They called to find out where about we were on journey down and whilst waiting for the cases.
Staff were all friendly and the gentleman who dropped the car back to us even help load the cases back into the car. Thank you excellent service!”
